Why I Started
Coaching
My name is Nadège. I'm French and I was born near Lyon, the second-largest city in France, in the countryside.
Since I was 12 years old, I have known that I wanted to understand more about human behavior in order to be able to help people improve their lives.

From that young age, I understood that Human Sciences was my vocation.
​
I directed my studies towards that career path. I had a particular interest in the way in which professional environments impact people's quality of life. This led me to obtain a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
Subsequently, I worked as a Human Resource Manager and Talent Acquisition Specialist for 15 years in France and in South Korea. After I returned to France from South Korea, I decided to further develop my understanding of human behavior by getting a Master's in psychology in addition to my HR career.

At this point, I was able to use my double Master's to become the CEO of a healthcare start-up. My psychology education informed my understanding of mental healthcare, while my background in HR management gave me the tools to organize the business side.
​
Over the course of the 8-year period that I ran the start-up, I was also working as a licensed psychologist and Life & Business Coach.
​
I live in Maryland now. I went here for my son who has autism and who needs special education.
​
I have decided to establish my coaching practice in the US because my goal is to continue helping as many people as possible to access their fullest potential.
